The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 24H(3)(a) and (6) of the NEMA, appointed the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (“EAPASA”) as the single registration authority for environmental assessment practitioners, as set out in the schedule to this notice. The appointment of the EAPASA is for a period of 5 years from the date of publication of this notice.
